Short Description of Trainer

Chryseis Haux is a very peaceful person and doesn't seem to speak much to others. From birth, she had the ability to speak to Pokemon through her telepathic mind. She was sent to Kanto under the guidance of Sabrina to help her control her powers and put them to good use. She hopes to see every legendary in the world.

Background Information

At a young age Chryseis had a very sheltered life, she wasn't outside too much because at a young age her parents discovered that she had a talented gift that she could talk to other Pokemon. Afraid she could get herself hurt, they sheltered her inside where she spend most of her days dreaming of what life would be outside and the Pokemon that she would meet. At the age of seven though, she encountered a wild Sableye in her garden. Excited that she encountered her first Pokemon, she drew a picture of her and gave it to the Pokemon, showing that she wanted to be friends with her and the Sableye was interested in Chrysesis. The two became close friends fast. Her parents soon discovered that she was becoming friends with Pokemon and decided that they needed help from an expert and sent her to Kanto to be trained under the guidance of Sabrina, a fellow Kanto gym leader who had psychic abilities such as Chryseis. After numerous years, Chryseis learned to control her abilities and started out on her Pokemon adventure, obtaining Pokemon and conquering Gyms all throughout Sinnoh.

Personality

Chryseis is a very different person. She's polite to many individuals but in an awkward sort of way. She is polite when introduced but she wants others to introduce themselves first, before he even states her name. She doesn't like talking too much, especially on topics that people want to talk about. She is very kind, but doesn't show it that much. Chryseis doesn't like to speak to men, only liking to speak to women. She also doesn't like being touched by others, she has a mild freak out and will yell at someone if they dare to touch her or even brush past her! She can get very annoyed easily.

Battling Style of Trainer

Chryseis is very quiet during battles. It means she's connecting with her Pokemon, reading their thoughts and minds and giving them tasks to do on how to defeat them. She cannot read the minds of others though, it has become too difficult to her, but she can read the mind's of her Pokemon. In intense situations, she does speak and shout out commands especially if her Pokemon are not listening to her sometimes.

Her Sableye was her first Pokemon that she encountered at a young age and befriended by using her abilities. Even though Sableye is a mischievous Pokemon now, she still trusts her Sableye and know that she will be powerful in battle.

Where the Trainer Is Before the Story Begins

Chryseis is busy wandering through Kanto, looking for some gyms to battle. She's also spending time in the local ruins looking for some more information about the past on the legendary Pokemon. She hopes that she'll be able to encounter all legendary Pokemon and take pictures of them.
