Short Description of Trainer

Jack Reyes, is one of the youngest members in Team Magma, and a supposed powerful Pokémon trainer. Jack wants to soon become one of the Commanders of Team Magma so that people can stop picking on him and finally find him as a man.

Background Information

Jack was born into a small family, but he didn’t stay with the family for long because he was set up for adoption. He was sent to the orphanage and wasn’t adopted until the age of seven by some Team Magma Grunts who knew that Jack had potential to become a great Pokémon trainer. He stayed under care of a Team Magma Commander named Courtney, who he referred to as his older sister, and she gave him his first Pokémon a Mime Jr. Even though he didn’t like the Pokémon, it became his best friend. Throughout the years, he began to train with other children in Team Magma under the control of Mack, and he was given his Tepig. Soon he became the most powerful Team Magma Grunt in his age group, but he wasn’t able to succeed into a Team Magma Commander, unless he defeated more powerful trainers. His first trainer that he challenged was Eann, but he was unable to defeat him because he too afraid of him. That day, they became close friends instead. Jack is training to become the head of Team Magma one day.

Personality

His personality is supposed very outgoing but he is secretly nervous and shy around others. He tries to act manly, but he really is a wimp. Since he hasn’t had his growth spurt yet, the height of Jack is always assumed for him being weak but he is a powerful Pokémon trainer inside he believes. He acts tough all the time, but when he really likes someone he will show his "softer" side where he is hiding his true self.

Battling Style of Trainer

During battles, Jack is sort of nervous when he is battling and isn’t really too sure with his Pokémon. He always believes in them but he thinks that others won’t find him a strong trainer and would judge him right on the stop. He constantly trains his Pokémon, he really hopes to be better in battles.

Trainer's First Pokemon

His first Pokémon was a Mime Jr. that was given to him by Courtney, his supposed older sister on Team Magma, and had always been one of his close companions, next to Tepig. His Tepig was his "first Pokemon" since it was given by the head of Team Magma, and became one of the most powerful team mates that he has.

Where the Trainer Is Before the Story Begins

Jack is introduced trailing after a Team Aqua Admin who had been reported to be seen in Slateport City, and continues to pursuit him hoping that he won't be spotted or found out. He isn't too sure if he has been spotted yet by the Team Aqua admin or not.

Random Facts About the Trainer

* Jack has a crush on Eann, but it isn't confirmed (yes it is) nor denied.
* Jack's hat that he wears used to belong to his "sister" Courtney
* Even though Jack is from Team Magma, he only has one Fire Pokemon. He does have a Team Magma pre-made team, but he likes to use his own Pokemon on missions which is against the rules, but helps him get the job done.
* Jack hopes to grow up one day and be even taller then Eann.
